Welcome to the website of ecosystem, the eco-organisation which manages the collection and treatment of household waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), lamps, professional WEEE and small fire extinguishers.

In accordance with the regulations governing the ownership of literary and artistic rights or other similar rights, this website and all elements, brands, drawings, models, logos, graphs etc. found on this website, as well as their compilation, are the exclusive property of ecosystem or of third parties who have authorised ecosystem to use them.  The internet user does not have the right to reproduce or disseminate them, or, more generally, the right to process them by any means whatsoever.
Any full or partial copy shall not be made without the prior agreement of ecosystem. 
Photographs and texts copied and illustrating the products presented are not contractually binding. Consequently, ecosystem shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever in the event of  any unfaithful reproduction of any of these photographs or errors in any of these texts.

ecosystem reserves the right to correct, modify and delete the content of the information released on this website at any time without prior notice.
ecosystem does not guarantee the correctness, accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this website. ecosystem shall in no case be held liable, and declines any responsibility in the event of lack of clarity,  inaccuracy or of omission regarded the information provided on this website.  More generally, ecosystem shall not be held liable for any damage, including the loss, deterioration or alteration of files that may result from  access to, or use of the site or of the information it contains, of any kind, and in the event of any damage resulting from the fraudulent intrusion by a third party causing a modification to the information provided on this site.

Any public or private website is authorised to create, without prior authorisation, a link to the information released by ecosystem.  Websites which have a hyperlink to this website are not under the control of ecosystem, who shall not be held liable for the contents of such sites.  The user is solely responsible for their use.  However, the website pages shall in no case be integrated into the pages of another website.
The authorisation to include a link is valid for any application, except for those releasing reprehensible, controversial, pornographic, xenophobic or sectarian information, or that may, on a wider basis offend the general public.

The completion of contact forms available on the website results in the collection and processing of personal data by ecosystem, the use of which is subject to the provisions of the French amended law nº 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Information Technology, Files and Liberties, and of the European Regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection (GDPR). This personal data includes the first name, surname, email address and connection data of the user.

We collect personal data on our website which we use to carry out the management of our relationships with our members, collection partners, service providers, and with consumers.  The collection of this data is necessary to manage contact requests, membership requests, contract requests from our partners and providers, reporting and enquiries from consumers.  We only process this data for the purpose of supplying you with the services provided for in our commitments towards the community. 

How do we collect your personal data?

Personal data is collected through our online contact forms and sections available to our partners or future collection partners, our members or future members, our providers or future providers, and consumers.

What personal data do we collect?

The personal data we collect and process include the surname, first name, email address, profession, address and phone number of the persons concerned.

To whom is your personal data disclosed ?

Collected personal data is disclosed to our internal departments, and, if appropriate, to our authorised subcontractors.

How long do we keep your personal data ?

Your personal data shall be kept for a period not exceeding that which is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.  The retention periods of personal data vary according to the personal data concerned.  In the case of a contract, your personal data shall be kept for the period agreed in the contract. For personal data collected on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time.
However, in the event of the withdrawal of your consent, your request may not succeed.
When the retention period expires, your personal data shall then be erased or anonymised. 

How do we secure your personal data ?

ecosystem implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures, and takes all necessary precautions in order to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and security of your personal data, and in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to any unauthorised third parties, destroyed or altered.

Where is your personal data stored ?
Your personal data shall exclusively be stored in France or in the European Union, with the exception of data collected by Google Analytics (refer to the Cookies issued on our website)

In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase your personal data, and the right to data portability, and to object and restrict the processing of your personal data.

These website terms of use are governed by French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Nanterre, subject to specific jurisdiction resulting from a particular legal or regulatory text.

Ecosystem has implemented a professional notification procedure allowing all employees and persons to report any situation, behaviour or risk that he/she is personally aware of in the course of his/her professional duties and that is likely to constitute a breach of the law.
