In regard to French regulations your company has producer status if it:
- sells at a distance to end-users in France from another country other than France,
and/or
- is established in France and places electrical and electronic equipment or lamps on the French market that:
- it manufactures in France
- imports (from European suppliers or from the rest of the world)
- sells under its own brand (equipment bought in France or outside of France)
